While we are not network providers for insurance companies, we will complete the necessary paperwork to help clients receive the maximum allowable reimbursement for their treatment.

Therapy time varies. Types and severity of difficulties and motivation influences how long one is in therapy.

CBT and Mindfulness approaches are designed to be short-term and one can often see improvement rather quickly (within 12 - 15 sessions).

Generally sessions occur weekly with in-between session practice.

If you are on medication, we will collaborate your care with your prescribing physician.

We work collaboratively with several psychiatrists in the area so we can provide excellent referrals for interested individuals.
